These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ramthamedia Publications website and your purchase of our products, including Print Books and Digital eBooks (Instant Downloads).

By using this website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

  • “Website” refers to https://ramthamedia.com

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Ramthamedia Publications

  • “User”, “You”, “Customer” refers to any individual visiting or purchasing from this website

  • “Products” refers to both Digital eBooks and Print Books

  • “Digital eBook / eBook” refers to downloadable PDF/ePUB or similar formats

  • “Print Books” refers to physical books fulfilled and shipped within India

2. Nature of Our Products (Print & Digital)

Ramthamedia Publications sells two types of products:

1. Digital eBooks – Worldwide Delivery

  • Delivered instantly after payment

  • Downloadable globally without geographical restriction

  • Accessible through email and user account

  • No physical shipping involved

2. Print Books – India-Only Delivery

  • Delivered only within India

  • Shipped via third-party couriers (Delhivery / DTDC / SpeedPost / Bluedart etc.)

  • Not available for international shipping

  • International customers may purchase digital eBooks only

Product type and delivery scope are clearly mentioned on each product page.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read this information before ordering.

3. Account & Access

Customers may be required to:

  • Create an account

  • Provide accurate details

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR – ₹).

  • Prices, offers, and discounts may change without prior notice.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways: PhonePe, Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.

  • We do not store sensitive payment data (card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP, passwords).

Any payment delays or failures caused by banks/UPI apps/gateways are outside our control.

5. Delivery of Digital eBooks

After successful payment:

  • Instant download link appears on the confirmation page

  • A download link is emailed to your registered email

  • If you created an account, downloads appear under My Account → Downloads

Download links:

  • May expire after limited attempts

  • May be locked after suspicious or excessive downloads

  • Must be saved to your device for long-term personal use

If you experience any issue accessing your file, you must contact us promptly for support.

6. Delivery of Print Books (India Only)

For Print Book orders:

  • Orders are printed, packed, and handed over to courier partners

  • Delivery time is usually 2–7 business days depending on location

  • Remote areas may take longer

Once dispatched, shipping is handled by third-party courier providers.
Delays caused by weather, logistics, or courier issues are not under our control, though we assist with tracking and resolutions.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the courier.

7. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

All refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed strictly by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Summary:

Digital eBooks

  • No refund once delivered/downloaded

  • Refund only for duplicate payments or technical failures

  • Digital orders cannot be cancelled

Print Books

  • Replacement available for damaged, defective, or wrong item delivery

  • Refund only if replacement is not possible

  • Cancellations not allowed after printing/dispatch

By purchasing, you confirm that you have read our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. License & Usage Restrictions (Digital eBooks)

When you purchase a digital eBook, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to read the content.

You may NOT:

  • Share, forward, or redistribute the eBook

  • Upload the file to websites, cloud drives, or social media

  • Modify, resell, or commercially exploit the content

  • Remove or tamper with watermarks or security tags

  • Use the content for training or institutional use without permission

Copyright violations are punishable under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website including:

  • Books (print + digital)

  • Text, descriptions, articles

  • Designs, images, covers

  • Logos and brand assets

  • Website structure and downloadable files

is the sole property of Ramthamedia Publications and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Website Availability & Modifications

While we strive for uninterrupted service:

  • We may change, update, or suspend parts of the website at any time

  • Maintenance or server issues may cause temporary downtime

  • We are not responsible for losses due to website unavailability

Product descriptions, formats, prices, and availability may also change without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramthamedia Publications is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data or device malfunction caused by downloads

  • Errors due to user actions (incorrect email, address, delays in checking email, etc.)

  • Payment delays caused by UPI apps, banks, or gateways

Our liability is limited to:

  • Delivering the product purchased, or

  • Providing a replacement/refund as per our policy

12. Fraud Prevention & Misuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Block accounts involved in suspicious activity

  • Restrict or disable downloads

  • Cancel problematic orders

  • Report chargeback abuse or piracy to cyber authorities and payment gateways

Fraudulent behavior may result in legal action.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of this website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect your information.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
