SECTION A — GENERAL QUESTIONS

1. What products do you sell?

We offer two types of products:

  • Digital eBooks (Instant Worldwide Download)
  • Print Books (Delivered Only Within India)

2. Do I need an account to purchase?

No.
You can checkout as a guest.
But creating an account helps with:

  • Faster checkout
  • Easy download access
  • Order history tracking

3. Are my payment details safe?

Yes.
Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways like:

  • PhonePe
  • Razorpay
  • Cashfree

We DO NOT store:

  • Card numbers
  • CVV
  • UPI PIN
  • OTP
  • Passwords

SECTION B — DIGITAL EBOOKS (WORLDWIDE DELIVERY)

4. Can I download eBooks from any country?

Yes.
Digital eBooks can be purchased and downloaded from anywhere in the world.


5. How do I receive my eBook?

Instantly through:

  • Order Confirmation Page
  • Email delivery
  • My Account → Downloads (if account created)

6. I did not receive my eBook. What should I do?

Please check:

  • Spam/Junk/Promotions folder
  • Your email spelling
  • Download section in My Account

Still not received?
Email us — we will re-send manually within 0–24 hours.


7. My download link expired. Can I get a new one?

Yes.
We re-activate links one time after verifying your order.


8. The file is not opening on my device.

Digital eBooks are provided in:

  • PDF
  • ePUB

Try using:

  • Adobe Reader (for PDF)
  • Google Play Books / Apple Books / Kindle (for ePUB)*

If still an issue, email us — we will guide you or re-deliver the file.


9. Can I share the eBook with others?

No.
Each eBook is licensed for personal use only.
Unauthorized sharing, uploading, forwarding, or redistribution is prohibited and may lead to legal action.


10. Will the eBook contain a watermark?

Yes.
All digital downloads include a personal watermark with:

  • Buyer Name
  • Buyer Email

This prevents piracy and protects authors.


SECTION C — PRINT BOOKS (INDIA ONLY)

11. Do you deliver print books outside India?

No.
Print Books are currently delivered only within India.
International buyers may purchase digital eBooks.


12. How long does print book delivery take?

2–7 business days depending on region:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 days
  • Tier-2 Cities: 3–6 days
  • Rural Areas: 4–7 days

13. How do I track my print book order?

After dispatch, you will receive:

  • Courier Name
  • Tracking ID
  • Tracking Link (Email/SMS)

14. My book arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us within 24–48 hours with:

  • Photos/videos of damage
  • Outer packaging photos
  • Order ID

We will issue a replacement free of cost.


15. What if the courier delays delivery?

Courier delays may occur due to:

  • Weather
  • Traffic
  • Operational issues

We will help you track the parcel, but such delays are outside our control.

16. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • UPI
  • PhonePe
  • Google Pay
  • Razorpay
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Net Banking

17. Money deducted but order not created—what now?

No problem.
Email us with:

  • Payment screenshot
  • Order email (if any)

We will:

  • Verify
  • Deliver your eBook manually
    OR
  • Ship your print book
    OR
  • Issue a refund

18. I entered the wrong email. Can I still get my eBook?

Yes!
Just email us with:

  • Correct email
  • Order ID

We will re-send your file.


SECTION E — REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

19. Can I cancel my digital eBook order?

No.
Digital eBooks are delivered instantly and cannot be cancelled.


20. Can I cancel my print book order?

✔ YES — only if:

  • Printing has NOT started
  • Order has NOT been shipped

❌ NO — if the order is already in Printing or Shipped status.


21. Do you offer refunds?

Refund eligibility:

✔ Duplicate payments
✔ Payment success but order not generated
✔ Wrong or corrupted digital file (if we cannot correct it)
✔ Print book damaged + replacement not possible

Refunds follow our Refund & Returns Policy.


SECTION F — ACCOUNT & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

22. I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click:

Login → Lost your password?
Enter your email to receive a reset link.


23. Can I access my old downloads anytime?

Yes — if you created an account.
Go to:

My Account → Downloads


24. My browser closed before downloading. Can I try again?

Yes.
Click the link in your email again, or check the Downloads section.

  • Email/SMS providers
