This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all products sold by Ramthamedia Publications, including Print Books and Digital eBooks (Instant Downloads).
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Types of Products We Deliver

We currently offer two categories of products:

a) Digital eBooks (Worldwide Delivery)

  • Delivered electronically

  • Available in PDF / ePUB / other digital formats

  • No physical shipping involved

  • Digital eBooks can be purchased and downloaded from anywhere in the world

  • No geographical restrictions

b) Print Books (India-Only Delivery)

  • Delivered only within India

  • Shipped through our courier partners

  • Requires a valid Indian shipping address and mobile number

  • We do not ship Print Books outside India


2. Delivery Timeline

a) Digital eBooks (Instant Worldwide Delivery)

Delivery Time: 0–2 minutes after successful payment.
You will receive your eBook via:

  • Instant Download Link on the Order Confirmation Page

  • Email with the download link

  • My Account → Downloads (if you created an account)

b) Print Books (India Only)

Delivery timelines vary by region:

  • Metro / Tier-1 Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier-2 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Rural / Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

(International physical shipping is not available.)


3. How Digital eBooks Are Delivered

Digital products are delivered electronically via:

A confirmation email with the download link is sent immediately.

✔ 2. Website Download Page

After payment, you are automatically redirected to a secure download page.

✔ 3. My Account → Downloads

If you created an account during checkout, your purchased eBooks appear here.

Digital downloads are instant and globally accessible.


4. How Print Books Are Delivered (India Only)

Print Book orders are processed in the following steps:

Step 1 — Order Confirmation

You will receive an email containing your Order ID and payment details.

Step 2 — Printing & Packing (1–2 Days)

Your book is printed, quality-checked, and packed securely.

Step 3 — Courier Dispatch

Your order is handed over to our courier partners:
Delhivery / DTDC / SpeedPost / Bluedart / equivalent providers.

Step 4 — Delivery

You will receive:

  • A tracking number via email/SMS

  • Delivery within 2–7 business days (depending on location)


5. Delivery Failure – Digital eBooks

Digital delivery may fail due to:

  • Incorrect email address

  • Email landing in spam/junk folder

  • Browser closing before redirection

  • Poor internet connectivity

  • Payment gateway delays

If you do not receive your eBook, contact us.
We will manually re-deliver your file within 0–24 hours.

6. Delivery Failure – Print Books (India Only)

Print Book delivery may fail due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Incorrect mobile number

  • Customer unavailable at delivery time

  • Courier delays due to weather/traffic/logistics

Customer-caused delivery failures are not eligible for replacement or refund.

We will assist you in tracking courier delays whenever possible.


7. Shipping Charges

Digital eBooks

  • Free Delivery (always)

  • As digital products are delivered electronically, no shipping charges apply.

Print Books (India Only)

Shipping charges depend on weight and location:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 – ₹149

  • Free Shipping may be available during promotional offers


8. Download Link Validity (Digital Products)

  • Download links may have limited validity

  • Excessive device changes may trigger security blocks

  • Users should save files locally for long-term access

If needed, we can re-activate download access once, after verification.


9. Damaged / Wrong Print Book Delivery

You are eligible for a replacement if your print book arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

  • With missing pages

Required Proof (within 24–48 hours of delivery):

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged product

  • Photos of outer packaging

  • Your Order ID and contact details

Replacements are free of cost.
Refunds are provided only if a replacement cannot be arranged.


10. Payment Debited but Order Not Received

If your payment is deducted but the order does not generate:

We will:

  • Verify the transaction

  • Deliver the eBook manually

  • OR ship the print book

  • OR issue a refund (as per our Refund Policy)
