Cancellation & Refund Policy – RamthaMedia

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through RamthaMedia, including:

✔ Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, instant downloads)
✔ Print Books (India delivery)
✔ Paid digital content or services

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. Products We Offer

RamthaMedia provides three types of offerings:

📘 a) Digital Products (Worldwide)

  • eBooks / PDFs

  • Instant downloads

  • Email delivery

  • No physical shipping

📕 b) Print Books (India Only)

  • Printed books

  • Courier delivery (Delhivery / DTDC / Speed Post etc.)

  • Requires valid Indian address & phone number

🛒 c) Third-Party / Affiliate Products

  • Amazon or partner products

  • Purchased on external platforms

  • Governed by the seller’s own refund policies

Cancellation & refund rules vary for each type.


2. Cancellation Policy – Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

All digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment via:

  • Download link

  • Email delivery

  • Account → Downloads section

Because digital files are:

✔ instantly accessible
✔ downloadable
✔ non-returnable
✔ sometimes watermarked or personalized

❌ CANCELLATION IS NOT POSSIBLE

Digital purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment is completed.

This includes:

  • Wrong book selected

  • Changed mind

  • Incorrect email

  • Device or download issues

  • Delay in accessing files

  • Expired link

✔ Exception

If there is a technical delivery failure, we will:

  • Re-send the file manually

  • Provide fresh access


3. Cancellation Policy – Print Books (India Only)

Print books enter printing & packing quickly.
Therefore, cancellation is time-sensitive.

✔ Cancellation Allowed ONLY IF:

  • Order is still “Processing”

  • Printing not started

  • Not packed

  • Not shipped

❌ Cancellation NOT Allowed IF:

  • Printing started

  • Packed

  • Shipped

  • Courier accepted parcel

  • Out for delivery

Once shipped → cancellation is not possible.


4. How to Request Cancellation (Print Only)

Email: connect@ramthamedia.com

Include:

  • Full Name

  • Order ID

  • Email address

  • Reason

We will verify eligibility and confirm.


5. Refund Policy

a) Digital Products

No refunds. All digital sales are final.

b) Approved Print Book Cancellations

If cancelled before printing/shipping:

✔ Refund issued to original payment method
✔ Processing time: 3–7 business days
✔ Gateway fees may be deducted (non-refundable)

c) After Delivery

Delivered books are not refundable.

Only replacement allowed for defects.


6. Replacement Policy (Print Books Only)

You may request a free replacement if the book is:

✔ Damaged
✔ Misprinted
✔ Missing pages
✔ Incorrect item

Within 24–48 hours send:

  • Photos/videos

  • Package images

  • Order ID

If replacement is not possible → refund may be issued.


7. Orders Placed by Mistake

Digital

❌ Cannot be cancelled/refunded

Print

✔ Allowed only before printing/shipping


8. Delivery Failures

Digital

Issues due to:

  • wrong email

  • spam folder

  • browser problems

✔ We re-send manually within 24 hours

Print

Failures due to:

  • wrong address

  • wrong phone

  • customer unavailable

❌ Not eligible for refund
Courier delays are outside our control.


9. Payment Debited But Order Not Generated

If payment deducted but no order created:

We will:
✔ Deliver manually OR
✔ Process order OR
✔ Refund (if required)


10. Affiliate / Third-Party Products

Products purchased via:

  • Amazon

  • External sellers

  • Partner platforms

Are governed by their own return/refund policies.

RamthaMedia cannot process refunds for those purchases.


11. Fraudulent or Misuse Attempts

False claims or abuse may result in:

  • Order blocking

  • Account suspension

  • Reporting to payment gateways

  • Legal action as per Indian law / RBI guidelines
